When it comes to the best travel shoes for women, it can be hard to find stylish yet comfortable options. However, when UIN reached out to me, I was seriously impressed. Here are the pros and cons of these unique travel shoes:

Uin shoes combine two of my favourite things – art and travel. In fact, I chose to name my blog Pack and Paint for that very reason. If you’ve read my about page, you’ll know I have a creative background. This means I’m drawn to the unique designs that UIN shoes have to offer.
With so many creative options to choose from, there’s something for everyone. From abstract art lovers to the flower-obsessed, UIN has you covered. They also offer a variety of styles from slip-ons and trainers to winter boots. This means you can buy a pair for each season!
What makes these shoes extra cool is that despite being a pair, each shoe has a slightly different design. This little quirk makes them stand out (and has brought many compliments my way).
They’re extremely comfortable
I don’t know about you, but I’m the kind of traveller who likes to cram in as much as possible. Whether I’m exploring the beautiful English countryside or ticking off my Amsterdam bucket list, I’m always on my feet! This means that comfy shoes are seriously important.
In my honest opinion, UIN shoes are the best shoes for European travel. While they’re great for any jam-packed getaway, European cities are known for being highly walkable. In fact, with a day in Amsterdam, you can easily visit the top sights on foot.
On that note, I recently spent a day in Rotterdam during a two-week adventure in the Netherlands. I wore a pair of my UIN shoes and after walking over 27,000 steps, my feet still didn’t hurt. Not even a bit. How good is that?

Cons of UIN footwear
They need to be worn in
If you’re prone to blisters like I am, your new shoes may be a little uncomfortable at first. However, it depends on which style you go for.
For example, I have three pairs of the UIN slip-ons and one pair of trainers. The trainers were comfy from the get-go, while the slip-ons needed to be worn in.
Despite that, when compared to other shoes I’ve bought in the past, wearing in a pair of UIN shoes takes next to no time at all. After a couple of wears, I’m generally good to go.
When I think back to how long it took for me to wear in my Dr Martens back in the day, a few days is no big deal. Just make sure you buy some plasters and you’ll be fine in no time!
They’re not super budget-friendly
The biggest con of UIN shoes is the price. With prices starting from £90, even the cheapest option is pricey. If you’re limited on budget, this may put you off. However, keep in mind that you get what you pay for.
Sometimes it pays to spend a little more. By not scrimping on quality, your shoes will last a lot longer. Plus, with their funky designs, comfort and high-quality construction, they’re worth the price.
